Tretin 0.05% Cream is a form of vitamin A. It is used for the treatment of acne, a common skin condition that occurs when the pores of your skin become clogged causing blackheads, whiteheads, or pimples. It also reduces the wrinkles on your face. It works by reducing oil production in the skin and replenishing acne-prone skin. Tretin 0.05% Cream rarely shows side effects. However, in some cases, it may cause peeling of the skin, burning sensation, irritation, itching, or redness at the site of application. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or worsen. Tretin 0.05% Cream should be used as prescribed by your doctor.
